Terms of service
Last updated:
By creating an account or using raccoonshield.com, you agree to the terms below.
1. Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity in your account.
- Sign-up details must be accurate. One account may be used by several members of the same organisation if you take responsibility for them.
2. Acceptable use
Raccoon is for protecting your own brand, domains and users, or those of an organisation you are authorised to represent. You must not:
- Send false reports, reports meant to harm competitors, or reports about sites that are not infringing.
- Use the tool to harass people, track individuals or collect data unlawfully.
- Connect Cloudflare accounts, domains or brands you are not entitled to manage.
- Try to bypass limits, access other accounts’ data or disrupt the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
3. Takedown reports
Raccoon drafts the content, but you are the sender and are responsible for the accuracy of each report. Check the evidence carefully before approving. The outcome is decided by the recipient.
4. Actions on Cloudflare
301 redirects and canonicals are applied directly to your Cloudflare account and may replace older rules for the same domain. Always use Preview and test on one domain before running in bulk.
5. Plans and payments
- Prices and features of each plan are shown under Plans & Billing at the time of purchase.
- Payments are made through the supported gateways (USDT via NOWPayments, PayPal, Stripe). A plan is activated once the gateway confirms the transaction.
- Cryptocurrency (USDT) transactions completed on the blockchain cannot be reversed through the gateway; send the exact amount, on the right network, within the time shown on the payment page.
- For refund requests or questions about a transaction, contact [email protected] with your transaction ID; each request is reviewed case by case.
6. Third-party services
Some features rely on outside services (Cloudflare, VirusTotal, Google, Telegram, payment gateways…). We are not responsible for outages or changes on their side.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. Analysis results are an aid; we do not guarantee that every impersonating site will be found or that every report will be accepted. To the extent permitted by law, Raccoon is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated; the date is shown at the top. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
